In the May issue we announced that Paul Jennings and Ben Adam-Smith were seeking crowd funding to enable them to produce a documentary: “The Future of Housing – And Why Airtightness Can Help”.

Now we can update you, letting you know that, thanks in no small part to the contributions from AECB members and trustees, they have successfully overtopped the £5500 initial funding target, and are now preparing scripts, identifying suitable locations and generally planning the project.

Apparently the Passivhaus projects Paul normally tests are just too airtight, not making sufficient visual input, so the team are looking for AECB Silver projects that are expecting to require an airtightness test in August or September.  If yours might fit the bill, and you don’t mind the warts and all inspection, give Paul a ring on 07866 948200.
