Other workshops to be confirmed soon
The venue of this year's conference offers us a large amount of space for major presentations, workshops, DVDs, and a very central exhibition area.
The UEA has a lot of interesting buildings that we plan to visit and the campus is a great place to wander around and look at the architecture and landscaped grounds.
We would like to take advantage of all this space and so we are inviting delegates to display an example of their work. We propose that the displays are limited to 1 per delegate and should be no bigger that A2. We will be putting more details on the web site soon. It would be good if this was seen as a chance to share information and raise issues as well as promoting your work.
This is also the AECB AGM so come along and have your say about the direction of the AECB and ask questions of the committee and workers.
If your company would like an exhibition space details will soon be on the web site.
Bookings
Exhibitor/Trade Stands
The trade stand area at this years AECB conference is in the very heart of the venue in the area where all refreshments, meals and social events take place.
Take this your opportunity to give your product or service the maximum exposure to potential customers who are really committed to lessening the impact of buildings on the environment.
There will be a presentation from the Passivhaus Institute from Germany . So if you have products that conform to Passivhaus standards this will be your chance to show them to architects, specifiers, builders and those commissioning buildings.
The cost of a stand has been kept as reasonable as possible and start at £350 plus vat. This includes entry to the conference for one person and meals! (normal delegate cost is £200 so this is a fantastic price!).
Extra people on stands are welcome but will not have entry to the conference or any meals unless these are purchased separately at time of booking.
Stand is approx 3mx2m and includes a table and chairs. A 240v electric supply can be provided. Sorry no wi-fi available. Larger stands can be accommodated if required,pro-rata.
Please email to reserve: peter_wilshaw@btinternet.com
These will be oversubscribed so please book early!
