Featured: 2016 AECB ADAPT Annual Conference – a Great Success

A Lively and Informative AECB 2016 Annual Conference in the UK’s Greenest Building

AECB members and non-members enjoyed a lively and informative conference at The Enterprise Centre, University of East Anglia with many participants visiting offsite builds and getting a first-hand look at Britain’s greenest building.  This low carbon, thatch clad building was shortlisted for the highly prestigious Architects Journal Building of the Year and is the 2016 winner in the built environment category of the Guardian Sustainable Business Awards.

As always there was much discussion and debate throughout the conference and we would like to thank all those that presented, exhibited or contributed. Feedback has been very positive with photos and tweets being shared throughout and after the event with #AECB2016.  You can follow us on Twitter here.

The winners of the Edward Walker award were announced at the Conference, winning places on the AECB CarbonLite Retrofit Course.  Read all about it here.
