I hope a  little gentle levity is allowed occasionally -  it does us all good anyway, but there's a serious purpose behind this:

'Peter Shullot' tackles big businesses over their attitude to climate change. For those who remember the book, this is a sort-of environmental Henry Root Letters.

The RICS and Jaguar correspondence, in particular, made me chuckle...

Excellent stuff. Such answers may also help us to distinguish the greenwash from the more genuine initiatives, although some of the supermarket letters seem to have come from an automaton.
