Zero Carbon for New Non-domestic Buildings: Consultation on Policy Options

This consultation "sets out proposals for working towards the Government's ambition that all new non-domestic buildings should be zero carbon from 2019"

You might not agree with everything the government is proposing. If you don't, you've got till 26 February to respond. See www.communities.gov.uk/publications/planningandbuilding/newnondomesticconsult
