1.  No advertising of products or services.
Notes: moderators are authorised to remove postings where in their opinion the primary aim is to advertise a member's product or service.  However, it is generally reasonable to mention a product or service offered, if this is in the context of other products of services available which might also meet the same need.

2.. No abusive or inflammatory postings.
Notes: please remember that the normal laws of libel apply to all postings here.  Furthermore, moderators are authorised to remove postings which contravene this rule.  In all postings, please remain polite and informative.
3.  Keep to the point in technical forums.
Notes: it is important that technical forums remain focussed on the topic and do not wander off the point.  If you want to make a point well away from the thrust of the topic you are posting in, please start a new topic.

4.  Remember that this forum has a public face.
Notes: although only AECB members can post, this is not a licence for in-house gossip (except in the relevant forum) etc.  The public can see most forums, and the good name of the AECB is at stake.
