People are putting their email addresses in posts and this might get picked up by spam bots.

Probably best to use personal message (click on the scroll icon or if available the printer icon that is under the poster's name in margin to the left).

If you need to give an email address then probably safe to disguise it someone{at}seomewhere{dot}co{dot}uk

If you type your email into google you get an idea if your address is out there.
