AECB Green Deal Citizen Charter

What do members think of a simple clear Charter, such as the draft attached - to aid focus in expectations of what the Green deal might be expected to do for UK citizens?

Looks good to me.

One thing that is missing is any indication of the capital cost, or equivalently the monthly loan repayment/interest charge and any tax burden.
