Straw Bale House Sale

Does anyone know if there has been a sale of a straw bale house in the UK?

Due to a change in circumstances a client of ours is selling the straw bale bungalow that we built for him in 2010. It is near Driffield, East Yorks and is listed with the local agent. Does anyone have any knowledge of previous sales or suggestions for selling this one?

Is it too weird to put on the market with a local agent ?   There may be people around the country interested in buying a straw bale house but how many want to move to Driffield ?
