Business description
The Jackpad system is used to support modular and relocatable buildings and replaces the need for traditional concrete foundations. The Jackpad itself and the 50mm incremental packer (used to overcome fall of ground) are manufactured from recycled plastic, whilst the steel client specific adjuster makes the system adaptable to support any manufacturers buildings. Jackpad has a LANTAC Certificate issued by the LABC, and is proof tested to 60kN, with a safe working load of 48kN per position, providing there is adequate ground bearing pressure.
