Business description
ISP ARCHITECTS LLP firmly believe that Clients are entitled to enjoy the process of procuring their new building and not (as is so often the case) be beset with worries about cost, quality, programme and litigation. Our ethos is shared and practiced by every member of staff and is designed to provide a service which is both unrivalled and represents 'added value' to our Clients. By the successful application of these principles we ensure that on completion all parties share a sense of pride and achievement at having been an essential part of a team which has realised a project in excess of expectation, and has been delivered on time and on cost. The aim of ISP Architects LLP is to give total customer satisfaction by providing quality of product, in an equitable, fair and reasonable manner. We aim to ensure that we produce the best that can be built with the materials that are used and within the constraints of budget or other limiting contract conditions. Successful jobs don't just happen... Good teamwork, skilled workmanship, flexibility and back-up resources have all got a part to play, and our strength is in being able to provide all these components in good measure wherever they are needed. The Ian Stockdale Partnership was founded in October 1984. The main office of the Practice is located in Wrexham with a Branch Office in Tywyn, Gwynedd, which was opened in 1991. In early 1998 the Partnership was reformed under the new name of ISP Architects LLP. This change of name reflected the evolution and transition which had taken place over a period of time and included. Incorporation of the latest computer technology available into drawing practices. Shift in workload from principally Social Housing to a more general mixture including a strong element of Industrial, Commercial and Healthcare. Chris Carr joining Ian Stockdale as a Partner. The development and philosophy of the practice have been based on providing a professional service suited to the needs of the Client and with regard to the size of the project. We are proud of our reputation for delivering buildings that are fully compliant with the brief, are on time and on cost. It is perhaps not surprising that in excess of 80% of the practice workload comes from repeat commissions from satisfied Clients.
