scope We advised the client, offered a specification and undertook all the work.
aims Remove hard, impervious cement render and replace with lime render.
measures We suggested improving the thermal performance of the render and the building by using Secil ecoCORK lime/cork render. This is around 7 x times better thermal performance for the same cost.
