We have been supplying Energy Performance Certificates for existing and Newly Built Buildings in both the Domestic and Non-Domestic category for over 10 years.

We have a wealth of experience with SAP and SBEM calculations and have, in recent years, provided more assessments for self-build ICF projects around the country.

We are a small, busy and friendly company and are happy to discuss projects prior to work starting on site. In fact, we would recommend that all new projects have a SAP assessment commissioned before to many decisions are committed to, just to make sure that the initial design will meet the requirements of building control.
