Business Description

Founded by Tim Hulse in 2011, EcoVert Solutions are experts in Passivhaus construction with experience covering more than 50 residential projects including Passivhaus new builds, retrofit and extensions, offering an broad combination of  low-energy design and build knowledge and experience. EcoVert built the first certified Passivhaus new build in North Wales, which was completed in 2015.

Tim completed a Masters Degree in Architecture at CATT in 2011, certified as a Passivhaus Designer in 2013 and subsequently as a Passivhaus Tradesperson together with three other members of his team, has completed the AECB Carbonlite Retrofit Foundation course, and is currently studying for the AECB Retrofit Coordinator course. Tim was invited to participate as an expert on “buildability” at the AECB’s annual conference in Hereford in September 2022.
