Live Project
This project was the ‘Launching Project’ for Polaris Passivhaus Developments. Located in a town called Chipstead in the Surrey hills. Downside is a compact 3-bedroom home, across circa 80m2, nestled into a 1/4 of an acre site surrounded by a beautiful forestry landscape. Key features include a full living green wall, smart home management system, a full mechanical, vent, heat recovery system, air source heat pump, prime internal finishes, extensive soft landscaping (with over 200m2 of forest reinstatement) and Passivhaus Standard certification.
