An existing 1960s bungalow that sits on the edge of a conservation area in Knutsford. The structure was stripped back, a storey was added to part of the footprint, then the whole envelope was heavily insulated. The property makes use of MVHR and other low carbon measures.
A mixed use scheme combining light industrial and office space on the ground floor and a dwelling above.
The commercial units are designed to the AECB standard, whilst the dwelling is designed to meet Passivhaus.
