Founded in 1892, Tooley Foster are architects and interior designers who design attractive Environments that work, including feasibilities, planning applications and working drawings. Our projects in London and southern England include residential, healthcare, sport, education, historic buildings and retirement housing, all including sustainable thinking. We have designed buildings to Passivhaus and Level 6 (carbon neutral) of the Code for Sustainable Homes and we continually seek to improve the energy performance of our projects. Consultancy services include BREEAM, Code for Sustainable Homes and Passivhaus design.
Austin Place provides a glimpse into why we have been so successful. In many ways a typical project; 65 one and two bedroom apartments spread over nearly 7000m2 of floor space, each apartment designed with their own fitted kitchen, bathroom and hi-end finishes and security features that you would expect.
