AECB Bristol/Bath Local Group – Meet-up: EMF

March 25 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Electromagnetic field (EMF) radiation emissions from wireless technology have increased exponentially during the last 30 years. We have reached a point where avoiding permanent exposure is becoming difficult. 5G will make avoidance impossible. Official industry spokespeople say there are no adverse health effects, and yet increasing numbers of scientists say their findings show otherwise.

Around 62% of all independent science shows biological effects from wireless technology. In all other cases the precautionary principle would be followed and more tests carried out to determine safe levels. Communications industries, however, ignore health warnings in the race to exploit the market. There is therefore a pressing need for greater awareness of the potential effects.

The good news is there are ways of reducing one’s exposure. Most people spend about 8 hours a night within the same 2 square meters, their bed, and an additional 8 hours per day in their workplace. That’s 2/3rds of a life spent in just 2 locations. If you know what to watch out for you can reduce yours and your family’s exposure.

Thursa Wilde is director of EMF Consultancy Ltd, offering client consultations on EMF mitigation in the home and workplace and producing EMF protective clothing and goods. In 2019 she completed a post-graduate course in Electrosmog: causes and effects and attended the British Society for Ecological Medicine (BSEM) conference on 5G and Health, where she met many of the leading scientists in the field of electromagnetic radiation. In between running a busy office, she is currently reading for a Masters in Law.
