Housing Fit For Purpose – Professor Fionn Stevenson

October 14 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

This illustrated talk explores the challenges in approaching the design, construction and management of housing. Housing creates 15% of UK carbon emissions, but uses twice the energy it should use. Why is this? The book uses original research to show why and how all aspects of the housing lifecycle can be linked to evidence of how people choose and learn to use their homes, and how using this feedback can improve outcomes including sustainability.

Info and ticket booking is here: https://www.offtheshelf.org.uk/event/housing-fit-for-purpose/
