JOB VACANCY in London-based community-led housing Project Manager; Part-time; c. 20/hours/week; c.£35k/annum full time equivalent.
The project is promoted by RUSS (Rural Urban Synthesis Society) which is a Community Land Trust founded in 2009. The aim is to create a community led development of affordable, low environmental impact homes on a site in Lewisham and elsewhere.
The current project aims to build c.30 highly sustainable affordable homes in South London, with a large element of self-build input and resident participation in the design, construction and management. RUSS is currently looking for its first paid member of staff following a successful and significant grant award from the GLA.
