The study seeks to investigate the modern UK construction industry, what it expects and to evaluate its current procurement processes. Driven by performance as key challenge, this comparative study aims to investigate the following aspects:
• The importance of both traditional and modern partnering procurement methods on construction projects.
• The criteria which clients feel important in the selection of particular contractual strategy to deliver projects.
• The future visions to which the UK Government aspires to see the Construction industry by 2025.
