I am currently getting my house better insulated with external insulation, underfloor insulation and triple glazing but have an issue with the front door. It is a lovely big heavy wooden door with stained glass detail. I want to keep the look of the door (and two panels either side) but make it more efficient so it isn't the leaky point of the envelope. Any thoughts or solutions other people have would be useful, including any companies who might offer a service. Ideally I want aesthetics and functionality, that doesn't always go together!
Ours is made by Urban Front, quite modern but we like it.
