Looking at a renovation project where it is difficult to justify MVHR and I would suggest MEV except that they will have a wood stove (!). Been made aware of positive input rather than extract ventilation but all seems very counter intuitive to me and I'd welcome any input from people who have experience of this:

A singularly unhelpful post:
Certainly seems counter intuitive, not only as a result of the stove but also regarding risk of moisture damage to structural timber. With regard to energy performance it strikes me that this strategy would not offer the usual negative pressure benetif. Hmmm. V problematic.
