Hi Emma,
I would suggest, How to define a proposed cavity a ventilated, slightly ventilated or unventilated. How and when a low-e value can be use in U-value calculation? May be worth reading the report ‘Ventilation of the Cavities in Timber Framed Walls C H Sanders, Centre for Research on Indoor Climate and Health School of Engineering, Science and Design Glasgow Caledonian University’before the discussion.

A few more questions which have been put forward for the discussion are;
1. Do members have any experience of, or know of design guidance on, decentralised MVHR?
2. Decentralised MVHR in 2 storey buildings.
3. Positive pressure ventilation systems (PIV) or MEV in retrofit or budget tight projects
4. DPC details and moisture creep at bottom of solid wall when externally insulating.
