        I am a recently qualified PH consultant and it looks like I have just got my first job consulting on 6 new build townhouses.

        I am wondering what to charge and how to structure my fees. Should I charge by the hour and give an estimate of fees for each phase of work?

        Any opinions from experienced CPHCs are welcome!

          Any updates on the PH fee's? I am looking to be qualified in the future and it would be useful to know.
