        Hi
        – I'm in need of some pictures of examples of passive solar house design, preferably (but not exclusively) in the UK to illustrate a forthcoming article on the subject on the GreenSpec website. Can anyone help – either your own project or someone else's?

Anything juicy connected with thermal mass would be welcome too!

        Thanks in anticipation!

You can have a slide of my own house, if that would help.

Plenty of thermal capacity! Almost covered up now with plaster so not that juicy.

        David.

Hey David, how about a pic for this forum, everyone wants to see it.

I can compress if you dont have photoshop or similar otherwise just use the add attachment feature.

I'll second that (esp airtightness construction details).

There are three pics. of it in the CLP Early Adopters' Workshop presentation which should be posted on the website by now.

I'm showing a revised and updated version of this presentation at the next Workshops which are later in the year.

I'm afraid more documentation will have to wait until the building is more nearly finished (any volunteers?!)

            David.

Can't find it David but Mary Webb School presentation is very interesting.

Could you post some pics here, under additional options.

              Cheers

              Nick

The mary webb presentation is at: https://aecb.net/learning.php – items 2 and 3, item 3 is not by Mary Webb ('Precious Bane' was) but about Mary Webb EcoLab.
