Nice summary
was hoping for some timber details!
Page 7 shows the construction detail we discussed the other day. (No services in external leaf, double stud with plate rather than TGI. Does have a polythene membrane though.)

As timber frame details go, does this tickle your pickle? Some details look to be approaching PH standard (a good primer for PH and Gold).
