You may recall receiving a membership benefits survey to complete from us towards the end of last year and we would like to thank all those who responded.  Responses were collated and helped shape the membership area of our home page.  Results showed that some members were not aware of the full extent of our benefits so we are endeavouring to speak to members where possible to rectify this.  If you are still not sure if you are making the most of your membership, please email here and one of our team will call you.

In order to maximise response, we offered a prize draw to those who completed the survey and 3 winners were selected at random.  We are still trying to contact one of the winners but the two who have received their prize of £100 each are John Hawley and Mustafa Sami.

Both were delighted to win and John advised the money would come in very handy as he is in the middle of his own refurbishment project. He has kindly shared a few pictures of this below.
