Eco Design Consultants is an award winning, RIBA Chartered architectural practice specialising in environmental design. We are looking for team members to help us in achieving our vision of championing great architecture that creates exceptional, fun places to live, work and play without detriment to others or the planet.

You will be assisting on several Passivhaus/Enerphit and AECB silver standard projects so in addition to being focused, uncompromising and having an eye for detail, you’ll need to demonstrate innovative and forward thinking attitudes that embrace new concepts and technologies from a sustainable standpoint. We also get involved in research and developing innovative solutions. We are currently working on an earth sheltered house, using the ground as an interseasonal thermal store, which is likely to feature on Grand Designs. We are also just starting design work on a mead hall made from natural materials.

The role is based in The Mansion at Bletchley Park, home of the code breakers, a pleasant location with excellent public transport links and ample free parking. We are just five minutes from central Milton Keynes and 35 minutes from London Euston.
